Terms of service

Plain English, because terms nobody reads protect nobody. Ordering from PrintDenn means you accept what follows.
Who we are
PrintDenn is a small print studio operating from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We print posters, polaroids, sticker sheets and photo strips, and we post them across India.
Placing an order
Adding items to a cart is not an order. An order exists once you complete checkout and we receive your payment. We may decline an order — if we do, you are refunded in full and told why.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees. The total shown at checkout is what you pay: item price plus shipping, with nothing added afterwards.
Payment is by UPI, direct to us. We never see or store your card details, UPI PIN or banking credentials — those stay inside your own payment app.
We try hard to keep prices accurate. If an obvious pricing error slips through, we will contact you before printing and either honour it, offer the corrected price, or refund you in full. We will not quietly charge you more.
Photographs and artwork you send us
When you upload an image for a custom print, you confirm that:
- you own it, or you have permission from whoever does;
- printing it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy;
- it is not illegal, hateful, or sexual content involving minors.
You keep every right you had in your image. You give us permission to use it for one purpose only: producing and delivering your order. We do not sell it, license it, or publish it. We will not post your photographs on social media without asking you first.
We can refuse to print anything we believe breaches the above, and we will refund you in full if we do.
Our own designs
Original PrintDenn artwork stays ours. Buying a print buys you the print, for your own personal use. It does not transfer the design, and it does not allow reselling, mass reproduction or commercial use. Ask us if you want that — the answer is often yes.
Colour and finish
Screens emit light; paper reflects it. A print will never match your screen exactly, and shade varies slightly between print runs. This is normal for printing and is not a fault. Anything genuinely misprinted is covered by our returns policy.
Delivery
Timelines on our shipping page are estimates from the courier, not guarantees. We are responsible for printing and posting your order properly and for chasing the courier when something goes wrong. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, strikes, festivals or an incorrect address you supplied.
Where our responsibility ends
If we get something wrong, we will reprint or refund — see returns. Beyond that, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as a gift arriving after a birthday.
Nothing here removes rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The order you placed is governed by the terms in force on the day you placed it, not by anything we write later.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu — though we would much rather sort it out over WhatsApp, and almost always can.
