How your prints reach you

Everything ships flat between rigid boards. A print that arrives creased is not a print, so we would rather pay for the stiffener than replace the order.
Where we post from
Every order is printed and packed in Chennai, then posted across India. We price against India Post Speed Post, which bills actual weight. Private couriers bill volumetric weight, and prints are light but bulky, so they work out worse for you.
What shipping costs
Cost depends on where you are and how heavy the parcel is. These are the current rates:

When it gets dispatched
Prints are made to order, not pulled off a shelf. Expect 2–4 working days between your payment clearing and the parcel leaving us. Larger or custom orders can take a little longer — if yours will, we tell you on WhatsApp rather than leaving you guessing.
How long delivery takes
Once posted, typical transit time is:
- Chennai — 1 to 2 working days
- Tamil Nadu — 2 to 4 working days
- Rest of India — 3 to 7 working days
- North-east, J&K and the islands — 5 to 10 working days
These are the courier's timelines, not promises we control. Festivals, weather and strikes stretch them, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Tracking your order
Every order gets a code the moment it is placed. Enter it on the Track order section of the shop to see where things stand. Once we hand the parcel over, the courier's own tracking number appears there too.
If your pincode will not go through
A few pincodes are not serviceable, and some are serviceable but far more expensive than the table above. If checkout refuses your pincode, message us on WhatsApp — more often than not there is a way to get it to you.
Wrong address
We post to the address you type at checkout. If it is wrong, tell us before dispatch and we will fix it at no cost. After dispatch a parcel usually has to complete its return journey to us before it can go out again, and the second postage is chargeable.
