What we collect, and what we don't

What we ask for

Only what is needed to print your order and get it to your door:

• Your name — so the parcel is addressed to someone.
• Phone number — couriers require one, and it is how we reach you if something is wrong with your order.
• Delivery address and pincode — the pincode also decides your shipping cost.
• Any note you add — only if you write one.
• Photographs you upload — only for custom prints.

We do not ask for your date of birth, your gender, your occupation, or your email address. We have no use for them.

What we never see

Payment happens inside your own UPI app. Your card number, UPI PIN, bank login and balance never touch this site, because they are never sent to it. We see that a payment arrived and what reference it carried. Nothing else.

Where it is stored

Order details sit in a Cloudflare database and uploaded images in Cloudflare storage, both access-controlled and reachable only by our own system. We do not operate a mailing list, and your details are not copied into any spreadsheet, marketing tool or CRM.

Your order code is deliberately quiet

Anyone with your order code can check its status — placed, printed, shipped, delivered — along with what was ordered and the total. The tracking page does not return your name, your phone number or your address, by design. Someone who guessed a code would learn that a parcel exists, not who it belongs to or where they live.

Who else gets your details

Exactly one party: the courier, and only your name, address and phone number, because a parcel cannot be delivered without them.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or anyone else, and there is no arrangement under which we would.

Your photographs

An image you upload is used to print your order and nothing else. We do not publish it, license it, or use it to advertise. We will not post your photos on our Instagram without asking you first — and if you would like your uploads deleted once your order arrives, say so and we will remove them.

How long we keep things

Order records are kept so we can handle returns, reprints and questions later, and because a business needs its own sales history. Uploaded photographs are kept only as long as they might be needed for a reprint. Ask us to delete either and we will, unless we are required to keep the record.

What you can ask for

• a copy of what we hold about you;
• a correction, if something is wrong;
• deletion of your uploaded photographs;
• deletion of your order record, where we are not obliged to keep it.

Message us on WhatsApp with your order code. There is no form to fill in.

Cookies

We set no tracking cookies and show no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. Your cart is held in your own browser's local storage so it survives a refresh — it stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

Children

This shop is not aimed at children. If you are under 18, please order with a parent or guardian.

Changes

If this page changes we will update the date at the top. We will not quietly start collecting more than is listed here.
